Chocolate Making Classes - "Decorating", "Dipping", "Tasting"
Following the success of Peacock Bar London's cocktail classes we have created our own chocolate dipping, decorating, making & tasting party classes with an emphasis very much on fun for hen party and birthday party groups. Chocolate making classes are just one of several Peacock Bar London hen party activities which include cocktail lessons, afternoon cream teas, pole dancing classes, burlesque lessons, cupcake making and champagne tastings. -the basics. Each class lasts an hour with each participant taking part in chocolate dipping, decorating, making & tasting creating ideally between 10 and 20 beautiful chocolate treats to take away in a lovely ribboned box to enjoy later. Your Peacock Bar London dedicated teacher (our pastry chef) will take you through a quick chocolate history and tasting over a complimentary glass of cava. Then we unleash you to get chocolate making with pralines, strawberries, marshmellows and biscuits to dip and decorate.
-dressing up. The Peacock Bar London staff will kit you out in 40s style cooking aprons , tiaras and pearls (well its a classy hen party right?) to get the mood right
-scoring. Peacock Bar London's staff will provide scoring cards with silly messages from "Nice face pity about the chocolates" to "Three Michelin Stars" for our staff and you to score each other.
-photos. Our photographer will be taking photos through out to record your efforts.
Whats more to make things even more fun we always include a complimentary cupcake making taster lesson with each chocolate making class as well (please note a small wait for a chocolate making table may be necessary)

"Party" Cupcake Classes, Cupcake Making Lessons & Cupcake Decorating Workshops
By popular demand we have created our own cupcake classes, cupcake making lessons & cupcake decorating party workshops with an emphasis as much on fun as much as turning you into the next Delia Smith with our very own "Debbie Does Cupcakes" Oh and our classes come with a nice cup of tea too & vintage cookery books to flick through and a complimentary glass of cava to get you in the right mood.. Plus a little booklet to take away with information on how to bake your own multi flavoured /coloured cupcake bases and the best places buy all the bits and pieces you need to decorate your cupcakes at home. Your dedicated teacher will show you how to use different pastes, swirls, sparkles, glitters and of course how to cut figurines to make the perfect cupcake.

Do you have a large estate or are you just from a large estate? Lets find out and better...... lets let everyone else know the answer too!
Here is how it works - we give your group scoring cards with comments like "a large toffee nose absolutely oozing class .. a bit like me" or "a cheap common plonk popular on down market council estates like yours" and numbered (but otherwise unmarked) champagnes for you to taste. All you have to do is match the comments to the bottles as a group and individually.
Get it right and we deck you out in top hats, tiaras and cravats with cards like "Posh tottie" for your photos. Get it wrong and we deck you out in Burberry, cheap bling jewelery and accessories you with bottles of Thunderbird (for the girls) and cans of Special Brew (for the boys) for your photos (the cards are not very flattering either!).
The 3 champagne tasting is £25pp, the 4 champagne tasting is £33pp and the 5 champagne tasting is £40pp. The minimum class size is 7 and one of the champagne's is actually a sparkling wine - lets hope you can spot it or else!

Peacock Party Burlesque Classes in London for hen parties and birthday parties
Burlesque Party Classes are a fabulous way of celebrating your hen night or birthday! Learn to shimmy and shake like Neo-Burlesque Dita Von Tease and classic Gypsey Rose Lee! Then pop down to Peacock Bar and show off your newly acquired skills at "Stars In Their Eyes" in front of 300 people. Come on do not be shy!

You'll begin your Burlesque Lesson by learning the poses and postures of Burlesque Femme Fatales! You'll then be introduced to some classic Burlesque striptease*, chairwork and the use of props. By the end of the Burlesque Class you will be performing a Burlesque routine using all the different skills you've learnt during your class. There is no nudity though - well its embarrassing if mum's there!.
All our London Burlesque Party Classes are taught by experienced Burlesque teachers who will make your Burlesque experience fun and friendly, leaving you brimming with confidence and le joie de vivre! Many of them are regular performers at Peacock bar so you know they know their stuff!
